Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All orders are subject to verification and may require additional processing time for verification purposes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. GadgetGarten is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Custom or personalized keycaps may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Warranty & Limitations

All products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in product descriptions. GadgetGarten acts solely as a retailer and is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GADGETGARTEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS.
